At RenfoRun, we believe that every runner deserves a body that can handle the training load. Too often, legs get tired, footing becomes less stable, and frustration builds. We created RenfoRun to answer that challenge: targeted, science-backed strength training adapted to the specific needs of road and trail runners.
Our approach is built on the principles of General Physical Preparation (GPP), improving running economy, and load tolerance, and helping reduce injury risk. With short, effective 20-minute sessions, we make strength training accessible to everyone.

Our programs are validated by elite athletes, including Stephane Jolivet (French 10,000m Champion, 2h25 marathon). Every session is based on principles from modern physical preparation and runner-specific strength work.
This expertise is strengthened by our collaboration with Smith PT Plus Running Academy (110 W. Woodstock St., Unit A, Crystal Lake, IL), a center recognized for excellence in physical therapy, performance, and runner-focused care.
